  • Roger A. Strauch, Chairman of the Board

    Mr. Strauch is Chairman of The Roda Group, a venture development firm based in Berkeley, California which provides entrepreneurs with the resources, environment and guidance to launch and grow high technology businesses. He also serves on the Board of Coolsystems, Polyserve and Sightspeed. He was the first CEO and former Chairman of Ask Jeeves, Inc. Previously, he was the CEO of Symmetricom, a communications equipment manufacturer. He was a co-founder at TCSI Corp., a telecom software company, and as Chairman and CEO, Roger was responsible for growing the company from start-up to over $60 M in annual revenues and completing a successful IPO. Roger earned a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, from Cornell University and a Master of Science degree from Stanford University, both in electrical engineering. He holds two patents in wireless communications.

  • Daniel H. Miller, Board of Directors

    Managing Director of The Roda Group, Mr. Miller is also Chairman of SightSpeed Inc. and former president of Ask Jeeves, Inc. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of TCSI Corporation, a company he co-founded with Roger Strauch and helped grow until its successful IPO. Mr. Miller is currently working with a number of Roda Group affiliated companies to assist them with their business development efforts. He also serves on the board of N8 Systems Inc. Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with distinction, from Cornell University and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He holds three patents in the areas of compression technology and wireless communications systems.

  • Marty Reed, CEO

    Marty has over 14 years experience leading high tech growth companies. Prior to joining ink2, Marty was the founding VP of Finance for Game Ready, growing the company to a market leading position within the orthopedics space. As Director of Finance, he helped guide Ask Jeeves from IPO, through the Internet bubble, to profitability and a $1 billion market capitalization. Marty served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for four years, deploying to Desert Storm I. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as an MBA in Finance from John F. Kennedy University.
